Unfortunately, the natural<em><strong> UV radiation<\/strong><\/em> of the sun is no longer sufficient, at the latest, to ensure a sufficient production of <strong><em>Vitamin D<\/em><\/strong> ensure<\/p>\n<p>The good news is that there are numerous ways to counteract this phenomenon.<\/p>\n<h2>Daylight for the home - light therapy<\/h2>\n<p>As already mentioned, the body needs <strong><em>UV radiation<\/em><\/strong>, in order to <strong><em>Vitamin D synthesis<\/em><\/strong> stimulate. In the meantime, there are daylight lamps for one's own four walls to support people in the cold, dark season.<\/p>\n<p>It is particularly important, with regard to the production of <em><strong>Vitamin D3<\/strong><\/em> Make sure that the lamps used are <strong><em>UVB radiation<\/em><\/strong> contain.<\/p>\n<p>But even daylight lamps without <strong><em>UVB radiation<\/em><\/strong> can be the common <a href=\"https:\/\/schwulekontakte.com\/2020\/09\/15\/herbstblues-so-hat-die-schlechte-laune-keine-chance\/\">Autumn blues<\/a> often shake it off. When it is dark, the body releases the sleep hormone <strong><em>Melatonin<\/em> <\/strong>off. Particularly popular are <strong><em>Cheese<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>Eggs<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>Poultry<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>Cereals<\/em> <\/strong>and <em><strong>green<\/strong> <strong>Vegetables<\/strong><\/em>. <strong><em>Calcium-containing<\/em> <\/strong>Food also helps to reduce the effect of <strong><em>Vitamin D<\/em><\/strong> in the body.<\/p>\n<p>Those who choose the right mix can, among other things, support their bone structure and the stability of their bones.<\/p>\n<p>A \"nice\" side effect: outdoor training sessions not only provide sunshine, but also improve the body's own fitness.<\/p>\n<h4>Taking vitamin D - additional tips<\/h4>\n<p>If the above-mentioned tips cannot be optimally integrated into the daily routine, the following can be done <strong><em>Vitamin D<\/em><\/strong> optionally also in most cases in <strong><em>Tablet form<\/em> <\/strong>should be ingested.<\/p>\n<p>Here, it is advisable to stop taking<strong><em> Vitamin D<\/em><\/strong> also about taking <em><strong>Magnesium<\/strong> <\/em>to add.
