David Bowie - the fifth anniversary of his death<\/h1>\n\"On

That was one of the messages that the Music World<\/em> <\/strong>shocked: David Bowie<\/strong> <\/em>is dead. 2021<\/em> <\/strong>it has been five years since the Exceptional musician<\/strong> <\/em>closed his eyes forever. An era came to an end<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Many people who had previously only dealt with his Music<\/em> <\/strong>are always surprised by what an interesting character actually lies behind all the Tone<\/em> <\/strong>and - partly - shrill Outfits<\/em> <\/strong>stuck.<\/p>\n

He has always been \"somehow different<\/em>\" - but to an extremely positive<\/strong><\/em>, self-confident<\/em> <\/strong>and inspiring<\/em> <\/strong>Wise. In an interview at the time, he declared that he would collect personalities. He changed, again and again, and not only in his invented character named Ziggy Stardust<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Bowie<\/strong> <\/em>never had a problem - at least in public - with being different from others. Slowly but surely, he advanced to become a real idol of the LGBTQ<\/a> Scene<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Ahead of its time<\/h2>\n

The Singer<\/strong> <\/em>She was reluctant to be pigeonholed, stepped in Women's dresses<\/em> <\/strong>and created a fashion style all of its own - both in the masculine<\/strong> <\/em>as well as in the feminine<\/em> <\/strong>Range.<\/p>\n

A man in a dress. What today - if anything - still belongs to a Headline<\/em> <\/strong>would lead, at the time, to a real Outcry<\/em><\/strong>. Over time, however, the media became accustomed to the particular David Bowie<\/em><\/strong>, reported and certainly did not expect from a certain point on that this Singer<\/em> <\/strong>swam along with the masses. Why should he? His success proved him right. Until his death, he was one of the most successful artists in the world, despite breaking several taboos. Artists<\/em> <\/strong>at all.<\/p>\n

Style technically, he often oriented himself to the people who also do not want to identify with standards - and still remained unique.<\/p>\n

Immortal Hits and Works<\/h3>\n

David Bowies<\/em><\/strong> Songs are still performed today in the Radio<\/em> <\/strong>played. They are not mainstream, but they leave their mark. His best-known hits include classics such as \"Space Oddity<\/em><\/strong>\", \"Starman<\/em><\/strong>\" and \"Fame<\/em><\/strong>\". Albums like \"Heroes<\/em><\/strong>\" and \"Low<\/em><\/strong>\" went through the ceiling and reflected the spirit of the times.<\/p>\n

Some of his fans obviously found it hard to come to terms with the new Sounds<\/strong> <\/em>friends. Nevertheless remained Bowie<\/em> <\/strong>Cult and not only because he made it into the 1970s<\/em> <\/strong>years also made it to the big screen, among other things. Last but not least, his own life was also made into a film. In \"Stardust<\/em><\/strong>\" was Bowie<\/strong> <\/em>from Johnny Flynn<\/em><\/strong> played.<\/p>\n

David Bowie's death on 10 January 2016<\/h4>\n

David Bowie<\/em><\/strong> suffered from leukaemia and lost the battle against the disease on 10 January 2016<\/em><\/strong>. He was active<\/a>knew that he was going to die. He expressed his feelings - once again - in the Art<\/strong> <\/em>expression. This is how his very last Album<\/em><\/strong>. It was entitled \"Blackstar<\/em><\/strong>\". The song \"Lazarus<\/strong><\/em>\" became an anthem for its fans - and that despite the fact that especially the Video<\/em> <\/strong>through its dark scenes and Sounds<\/strong> <\/em>distinguishes itself. It almost seems as if Bowie<\/strong> <\/em>to postpone his death to musical<\/em> <\/strong>The aim was to give fans a particularly creative way to say goodbye to him.<\/p>\n

He leaves behind not only unforgettable Performances<\/em> <\/strong>and extravagant Fashion<\/em><\/strong>but a very special Lifework<\/em><\/strong>which today, among other things, is likely to be offered by many queers as a foothold in a - partly still homophobic - world.<\/p>\n

The message?<\/strong> It's OK to be different. After all, this is usually the secret to happiness and success.<\/em><\/p>\n
