This includes the fact that it is important to focus on the individual <strong><em>Exercises<\/em> <\/strong>and - especially at the beginning - not to want too much.<\/p>\n<h2>Preparation and equipment - what \"yogis\" need for their asanas<\/h2>\n<p>To help with the <em><strong>Yoga<\/strong> <\/em>\"<em>perfect<\/em>\"In order to be prepared, it is important in the first step to <em><strong>Basic equipment<\/strong> <\/em>to be added. These include - in the more generous version - a <strong><em>Yoga mat<\/em><\/strong>, a suitable <strong><em>Yoga outfit<\/em><\/strong>, a <em><strong>Yoga block<\/strong><\/em>, a <em><strong>Meditation cushion<\/strong> <\/em>and a <strong><em>Yoga belt<\/em><\/strong>.
