"Grill den Henssler" starts its night season - with Nicolas Puschmann and Jorge González, among others.
Cooking fans should sit up and take notice at this news. Because: "Grill den Henssler" is going into the next round. Anyone who doesn't fancy reality or trash TV should be in good hands here.
The special feature: this time, the focus is not only on the matches between Steffen Henssler and the various celebrities, but also on the encounter with Tim Mälzer. On 02 August 2020, the two competitors and professional chefs will face each other. The spectacle will (once again) be hosted by Laura Wontorra.
The principle: how does "Grill den Henssler" work?
"Grill den Henssler" is a cooking show where speed, good food and wit meet. The various candidates compete against Steffen Henssler in each round and try to realise the corresponding courses better than him and convince the jury of their worth.
The duel against Tim Mälzer should be particularly exciting this time. After all, the previous encounters between the two were Top-The chefs were evenly matched. Once Henssler won, once Mälzer won. But who will be the "best of three"? On 2 August, cooking fans will know more.
Of course, "Grill den Henssler" is not only about food, but also about the contestants. In the last season, Verona Pooth and Evelyn Burdecki, among others, proved how funny preparing meals can be. But the coming season is not likely to be boring in this respect either.
The new season starts on 09 August 2020
On 09 August 2020, things will really get going! Five new episodes are in the starting blocks. The jury line-up remains the same. Once again, Henssler and his guests will have to face the critical judgement of Mirja Boes, Reiner Calmund and Christian Rach.
But who is actually venturing into the pots this time? The list of candidates, which has already been published in several media reports (including on vox.de), is quite impressive. Even Mr. "Prince Charming" Nicolas Puschmann and "Let's Dance" jury expert Jorge González are among them! However, they - like all the other candidates - do not have to compete against "den Master"compete.
As in the previous seasons, they are supported by celebrity chefs such as Christian Lohse and Frank Buchholz.
A great message and exciting duels
It is not only Nicolas Puschmann and Jorge González who prove to viewers time and again how colourful and versatile television has become. Other participants are also likely to provide plenty of variety during the upcoming season of "Grill den Henssler". Steffen Henssler could also have found tough opponents in Motsi Mabuse, Detlef Steves and Martin Rütter.
They all have one thing in common: even if viewers certainly don't directly associate their names with cooking, they are almost always good for a surprise. It wouldn't be the first time that Steffen Henssler has had to dress warmly.
Could it be that the ex-"Prince Charming" is actually grilling Henssler? After all, he already proved how versatile he is during the dating show. So it certainly wouldn't surprise anyone if Nicolas didn't have another talent up his sleeve. And Jorge? With his famous Cuban joie de vivre alone, he should make the kitchen shake.
